The dozen Outriggers from the deep freeze tack with the wind, the strength of which has them being all awesome and leaning over on one long black skate like thrill-junkie wind-boarders. The crew aboard have not ignored Clive's own intercept, and swivels their mounted harpoons or simply hold on for dear life as they're zigged and zagged. They look skilled sailors of sorts, but were not prepared for the Steel Seal's suddenly springing up and sliding in from elsewhere. They have to attempt to break and scatter and go around.
