Such a smooth trip skirting just inside the wavy edge of the Rebman triangle. There was sunshine that's great for getting Vitamin D or resembling a cooked lobster. A fair wind to provide lovely looking hair tousling. Not a cloud in sight capable of interrupting a tan. At least for the first few hours. Passing a few ships' sails on the horizon, one could be assured that they were within a shipping channel. They even gathering a friend: A large galleon flying Minosian colours and an even wider hull than the Beast.
Ruby had shared a few signals with it, and the fact that no one did any posturing might suggest an acquaintance or good relations.

Sun is a good thing. Sun is something that Corwin happens to like and it's something that he's taking full advantage of at the moment. Swim trunks are in order and he's found himself a spot on the deck to relax and soak in the rays. Sunglasses cover his eyes and his sword is laying beside him and as another ship begins to make an appearance, he's casting a look over towards Ruby, watching her a moment before offering up, "Friends of yours?"

"Really, Corwin, one might think this was a pleasure jaunt, the way you're dressed," Comes Catriona's desultory purr, a perfuntory thing creeping across the deck just as the Chaosian woman does, in her ship-ready black leathers. Her evergreen eyes sweep away and to the communication between ships, curious, but awaiting the answer posed by the Prince of Amber.
